Rose Quartz Meditation

A rose quartz meditation is a wonderful way to increase the love you have for yourself and others.

To do one:

  1. Gather a piece of rose quartz.
  2. Find a comfortable space on the floor or earth.
  3. Holding the rose quartz in you left hand, bring your awareness to your breath.
  4. Allow your thoughts to float by as you send love into your heart.
  5. Breath for 5-10 minutes with your attention on your breath.
  6. Then place the rose quartz on your heart and cover with your right hand. Allow yourself to absorb the love poured out from the Universe.
  7. When you feel ready, gently release the stone. Open your eyes and slowly release from the meditation.

For the best benefit, repeat daily for 14 days. Let me know how you grow with this meditation.
