Avo-Coco Probiotic Pudding

This is one of the breakfast favorites in the jolieLife menu. I love it for breakfast as well as a healthy snack.
Avocado adds healthy fats to nourish your skin and brain. Raw cacao improves heart health, is high in antioxidants, and is anti-inflammatory. This rich creamy treat will keep you satiated until lunch.
Here is the recipe if you wish to make it at home. It serves 4-5
Avo-Coco Probiotic Pudding
2 avocados ripe, peeled with seed removed
1/4 c. coconut oil
1 T vanilla
3 T almond butter
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 ½ c. raw cacao powder
1/3 to 1/2 c. water
3 T protein powder
1 probiotic capsule

Cacao nibs
- In a high speed blender, blend avocado, coconut oil, and vanilla till smooth.
- Add in almond butter, maple syrup, raw cacao, water, protein powder, and probiotic powder. Blend till smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate. Garnish with fresh fruit and cacao nibs.
