Morning Awakening

Morning stretch is a great way to awaken the body in the morning.  Before you get out of bed:
  1. Stretch your hands overhead and make you legs as long as possible.
  2. Stretch from side to side like a banana
  3. Tighten all your muscles, take a deep breath in, and release everything (body & breath).
